Post Oak Trophies deserve their own trophy I cannot say enough good things about this trophy store! Freddy was absolutely amazing — from start to finish, the experience was seamless. Pure incompetence, passive aggressive responses and lack of accountability for brand new clients. Story time: I went to post oak trophies to create an award for my scholarship recipients. Initially, the staff was friendly and seemed very helpful. I submitted my logo and paid in full for my order, requesting a proof before it went into production. This is the second time o come here for trophies for our family reunions. This time, my family had a last minute cook off idea so I came to see what they had. They accommodated our last minute request and had it ready within minutes! They definitely go above and beyond expectations. You have a customer for life.
