Pure incompetence, passive aggressive responses and lack of accountability for brand new clients. Story time: I went to post oak trophies to create an award for my scholarship recipients. Initially, the staff was friendly and seemed very helpful. I submitted my logo and paid in full for my order, requesting a proof before it went into production.
