Said he would send the remainder of my retainer via check but never sent it. Has refused to take my calls and respond to my emails for months now. I assume it has to do with his practice going bankrupt and now he’s running from his obligations, hiding behind a new firm. Crook.
I worked with attorney David post for a straightforward custody case. Literally, it could not have been more of an easy case. David post dragged the case on for over a year, he charged me for every single communication with him, he completely messed up my custody case and now years later I am dealing with it in court with a new attorney.
