Worst PX on any army base - never anyone at counters to check you out and if self checkout is closed or full your waiting forever to get out of the store.
Every time you come they only have self checkout open Then inevitably something doesn’t scan so they make you go stand inline for customer service that has 20 others in line and takes 45 minutes to checkout Open the registers and solve this issue
Do not buy electronics through this store. They sold me an Apple Watch marked as brand new which was still locked from having the previous owner’s information saved to it and tried not to refund me for it until PowerZone stepped in to confirm they sold me a locked, pre-owned watch I couldn’t use as brand new. Then I bought a pair of “brand new” Beats earbuds which died 6 weeks after purchase, and they told me I couldn’t refund or exchange because of two signs posted somewhere in the store stating them as ineligible for refun... read more
