I really wanted to support this shop — the idea of mobile service is super convenient, and they seemed friendly enough at first. I scheduled an appointment to have my bike serviced, took time out of my day to be available… and then nothing. No call, no text, no show. Things happen, I get it — but not even a message to reschedule or apologize? That just shows a lack of respect for people’s time. I was rooting for this business, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend them based on my experience. Reliability matters.

Spencer is attentive and dedicated. He has helped with changes and component moves and work has been excellent.
Husband went by to have our son’s bike looked over. We are now customers for life off that interaction. Great people!
