I ordered something their website said was in stock. They took my money and then refused to respond to me. I just filed a dispute with my bank and a complaint with the better business bureau. Stay far away.
I ordered a case of TP on the 1st and paid for 3 day shipping, got email after I paid saying my order was on back order and that it would not arrive until 14th, now the company will not return my money for 3 day shipping and it has been almost a month, I will not be ordering or refering anyone to this company....shoppers beware...i wish I had seen all these same reviews of them doing the same thing.
