So happy that I found Michael. I have had anxiety for about 34 years and spent a lot of money on doctors etc. Michael has achieved in 6 consultations what is absolutely amazing. He really listens and wants to find the root cause of the issue, his sessions are longer than normal and it's for good reason, that's how long it takes to actually make a lasting change. I came to see Michael for a manic phobia of heights. At the end of my second session. I’be just gone up to the observation deck on Q1 tower, put my head right up against the glass, looked down and felt no fear or anxiety whatsoever. I honestly can not believe it.
