I’ve had a severe dog phobia (Cynophobia) for 19 years. I was attacked really bad at the age of 6 yrs old and since then I have never been able to hold a dog in my life. Fast forward today, I’m 25 years old and I have a little toddler who wants to always go to parks and play with the dogs but I would never be able to do it. Michael helped me give up the, 30 year long, habit of smoking. I was quite skeptical as I have tried every other method. It wasn’t simple but it was very easy. I have not smoked for 10 months. I think about it most days still, but I have no cravings. I automatically take a couple of deep breaths and the thought disappears. It was far easier than any other method I have tried before. I am now a non smoker. Smoking does not control my life, I do. Thank you Michael for changing my life.
