HIGHLY recommend this company. Purchased kefir grains in Dec. 2024 - it's Feb 2025 and they've grown A LOT. My lil dudes are crazy healthy and pumping out kefir. Also, customer service is great. I was new to kefir, and kinda freaked out that I was doing something wrong when they first arrived - they responded immediately. Wonderful products! Love this company!!! I ordered the German Quark and the European Yoghurt. Now my European Yoghurt tastes just like the delicious yoghurt we eat in Europe. For years I was sad that no yoghurt in this country tastes like what I was used to. Now I make my own using organic milk and the starter culture. It is so easy! I make it every week now. Thank you Sabrina for your products. I will try many more of your items in the future and I will refer your company to all my friends!
Their kefir grains is a 5 star, but their service and communication is a 0. I emailed them TWICE to see why the milk kefir is taking almost two months to be restock. I understand time and all, but no response from the company is not professional and shows how much they don’t value their customers. I been a loyal member for a while and feel disrespected by the lack of communication and lack of fast restock

Great selection, amazing service with simple and easy to access instructions that made me feel very confident in getting started. Cultures very strong and vigorous even after 2-3 week international journey (shipped very promptly)
