I first reached out to Kay around four years ago, and I couldn’t recommend her more. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely helpful. She only ever advises based on what your skin truly needs, and she takes the time to understand what might be happening internally as well. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. I even booked my mum in for a facial, and she absolutely loved it.
Great treatment as always from Kay
The treatment (as usual) was good but what marked the experience out as excellent was the way Kay realised how exhausted I was, accommodated my need for quiet, provided glasses to make the room dark and more restful and overall raised my wellbeing. That takes skill and empathy for which I am very grateful
When I first stepped into Positive Skin, I was made to feel very welcome by Kay. It’s always slightly scary going to a new place for treatments but I felt very comfortable from day one. Kay is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. The atmosphere of the whole process was very calm and relaxing. I would highly recommend her to anyone! 🥰
