I can’t say enough good things about this practice and the wonderful people behind it. They are genuinely caring, compassionate, and dedicated to helping others. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and supportive mental health care for all ages.
Three years ago, I was experienced a downturn in my health. I turned to a therapist at PHC and had 2-3 telehealth sessions. As my depression progressed, this therapist's supervisor called me to say she could no longer work with me. I'm quite sure it was because she could not handle the deep depression I was in. if I could rate them 0 stars I would. worst therapists Ive ever encountered in my 25 years of going to many therapists/psychiatrists. one of their therapist was apparently treating me without the proper license for months. once the director learned of this, they threw me under the bus and acted like I had done something wrong! save yourself and find anyone else!!! This review is about the office coordinator and not the counselors. The office staff that is in charge of handing insurance is unfamiliar with what insurance they actually take. Their website stated it took ours and they said they did not. After a few screen shots and checking back they did admit they take it and we are still working on getting it reimbursed.
