30 days and still no smoking. Finally quit after over 20 years. Edit: it’s been now over two months and I haven’t touched a cigarette. Ralph also helped me kick candy for good and we are not working on sports performance hypnosis. He has truly been a life changer. Highly recommend
Great experience! It’s been over a week no vaping! It’s been over 20 years since I have been this long without a cigarette/vape. The follow up care was very thoughtful and much needed. Of course I still had cravings after the session, but I have felt a stronger conviction to stay quit. I would recommend him to anyone.
For anyone skeptical of hypnosis, I guarantee you, it’s only your belief system that holds you back from true healing. Working with the subconscious can be extremely difficult to access, without the help of hypnotherapy!
