⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my first virtual session with Ralph and I’m honestly so grateful. I was struggling with negative thoughts and some personal things that were weighing me down. Ralph created a safe and calming space where I felt heard and supported. Even through a screen, his presence was powerful and comforting. After just one session, I feel more at peace and filled with hope. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a mental and emotional reset.

Great experience! It’s been over a week no vaping! It’s been over 20 years since I have been this long without a cigarette/vape. The follow up care was very thoughtful and much needed. Of course I still had cravings after the session, but I have felt a stronger conviction to stay quit. I would recommend him to anyone.
