They got me finance when I needed it. However, they had a sister company they use to sell you a car - which I got sucked into. That sales agent was pushy, and when I cancelled the order, they just outright abused me over the phone and blatantly lied. When I raised the complaint through their complaint hotline, the director of this company reached out to me, reviewed the information personally, and took full responsibility. After reading all of the great reviews I was hopeful and decided to give positive lending solutions a go. But shortly after regretted my decision. Not to shame anymore (I won’t be mentioning any names) however I spoke to one of the brokers that said they were willing to help. Called X person on Monday (day before Anzac Day) 24.04.2023 explaining that I had a car in place and just needed the go ahead from the lender, keeping in mind that the lender had already agreed to lend X amount of money. Nick Jones was great as a broker at helping beat the rates of Toyota Finance and getting us through an awkward and trying experience with the car dealership. Was transparent and informative and supportive of our hard time purchasing from the dealer
