If you have been considering therapy, this is the place for you and these are the therapists. Honestly, I do not even write reviews often. They go way beyond normal therapy. I guess it's bc of the Advanced Holistic approach. All the skills my therapist uses keeps the sessions really interesting- never boring- and honestly I have made breakthroughs in a matter of weeks that I never made in years of therapy. Seriously, big thanks Positive Energy!

This counseling center is truly exceptional. Beth offers guidance that is profoundly insightful and transformative, and she has helped me shift my perspective in ways that have led to incredible breakthroughs. From day one, it was clear that the approach here is different. I have been doing therapy on and off my whole life as needed because well who cant benefit from a little help, coaching and others perspective from time to time. That being said, I have been speaking with Tiffany now for almost two years. We met in person initially but quickly moved to virtual which I prefer.
