This experience has been the best I have ever had in my attempt to become healthy and not be over weight. The program is wonderful and is something that can be done to change your life style. No more yo-yo dieting!!! One thing that is so great is that ALL of the staff are so friendly and helpful. I have yet to have any complaints about any aspect of the program, staff or facilities. I lost 33 pounds which was 8 more than my goal when I started. The process really worked for me. I truly like the staff! There is a nurturing, helping, care giving, and knowledgeable atmosphere that is conducive to serious 'positive changes' in one's thinking about the consumption of food. The world would be a better place if more people took advantage of this program. America would have fewer health care concerns if our citizens could live by the principles they promote.
