I was looking for assistance and realize that I called the number after hours and even really late as it was after midnight. I did not know the number provided was a direct line to her and was just planning on leaving a message. She ended up answering and was so rude even after I kept apologizing and explaining that I thought the number was an office number and was just trying to leave a message.
