Had an appointment scheduled since the weekend for today at 9am. I have 2 toddlers and a brand new baby so arranging child care is no easy task. Only to get a text at 7am stating she needed to cancel due to “food poisoning” and needed to reschedule to tomorrow. When I expressed I had arranged this whole day around this and coordinated child care, all the sudden I’m gaslit with “ohh I’ll come in for you” if you truly have food poisoning there is no way for one, for two if you are sick I don’t want you doing my hair.
