Terrible customer service. Made several appointments with me to pick up furniture and never showed. They don't return emails. The person answering the shop phone is surly. I'll give my furniture away before I share my profits with this business.
Manager(Greg Hunt) NEVER SHOWED UP FOR OUR APPOINTMENT AT MY HOME to see my painting collection, which I got out of storage and set up so he could see it all and discuss pricing (quite a lot of work, as there are 39 pieces of art, some large and heavy. He never responded to my phone call that afternoon, or to the two emails I then sent .RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
I was looking for a headboard for a new bed in our guest bedroom and found it at Posh Plum. It was in excellent condition, beautiful and I got it. The store was easy to work with.
Visited the Posh Plum many times and the people there have been very helpful in decorating my condo. i appreciate their passion and desire to make sure my visit was pleasant and successful. I recommended them to a host of friends and family.
Don't shop here. Very rude manager, and very crooked. Plus only overpriced JUNK!!
Very rude customer service. Manager very ruthless and unsympathetic He doesn't belong working with the public. Also, they're stuff is overpriced JUNK!!!!!?!
Terrible customer service. Made pick up appointments with me numerous times and never showed up. Never return emails. Called the shop and got a surly response. I'll give my furniture away.
