Although they didn't have what I was looking for...they were helpful by suggesting other places to shop!
As other posters have indicated customer service is awful. If you consign with them put reminders on your calendar because they do not call you when your consignment is over. Not even to ask if you would like to pick up or "donate" your piece(s). Getting paid on pieces that sell is also a consistent issue as others have indicated. I called and had a conversation with the manager and a friend happened to be in their store and over heard her unprofessional, inappropriate and slanderous comments about me (using my name) to her ... read more
