I am absolutely disgusted in the service my mother and I just received… the cashier (an elder lady with grey hair) just blatantly spoke poorly about us to another customer as my mum who has trouble walking (she has a disability) could not get out of the way fast enough for her. Literally no need for the snarky comments. Please never shop here. WE WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN.
If you like things with legs that hang off the shelf this is the shop for you!
As a HR manager I have never experienced a customer service attendant to be so rude and incompetent so as to operate a home wares gift store. The older lady with short grey hair is clearly working beyond her retirement age as she has no customer service skills, belittles and abuses her customers and whose behaviour is absolutely appalling. Store closing time is apparently 5pm despite Google stating 6pm.
