I booked a couples massage as a Mother’s Day gift. I wasn’t keen on going here but my wife wanted to try it. First of all they have coed locker rooms and 0 amenities. This place is also offering a Groupon that I utilized. After your service they add a 22% “hotel/resort fee” and then notify you that only 2% is for the tip and you will need to add “if you want to tip your therapist”. So in order to tip a traditional 20% you would basically have a 40% upcharge at the end. DO NOT GO HERE
Massage was comparatively overpriced and the massage itself was slightly below average. Having to pay an additional $55 service fee was quite a shock. There are other spas in town that deliver more bang for the buck with better service.
I am not a Karen I promise!!! I’ve never actually written a bad review before, but I’m genuinely so confused and frustrated at this point. I’m just trying to book a relaxing spa day with my girlfriend using a Groupon, and I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for two days now with no luck. Our couples massage was very nice and relaxing., It was a very nice spa., I would recommend!
Loved my spa experience and massage! I had the seasonal service, Winter Warming Retreat. I cannot wait to return in February!
