They are all that and a little more... i don't know what Theresa is talking about, she must be talking about a different store. the service at Portugalia sales is excellent, and they don't have any ladies working there its only guys, and they all speak English.now at the gift store there are some ladies there and they speak English also.about the parking situation, if you live in the city you can find parking fast, now if you are from the country it takes a while to get used to it. Not what they say they are First of all the parking was horriable, it is off street parking and we had to drive around a good 20 minutes to find a parking place. Then when we went in the store the lady didnt speek english, so we waited and then just left.
poor return policy bought a cordless phone (220v) to bring overseas on 7/19/08 the transformer for the phone was deffective phone did did work (bought one locally to use since I needed it to use while overseas) upon returning to the US went to return the phone on 8/19/08 could not get a refund or exchange eventhough I had all the original packaging and sales receipt I now have a phone that I have no use for and basically threw away 60 bucks After an email to mngt I received a response almost immidiately to get a credit , I'l... read more
