I thought the gentleman that owned the place was a nice guy. We made an agreement on a boat and he sumbitted a bill of sale to my bank. I left to get the money for the boat and within 15 minutes of being gone he called me back to inform me that he just sold it to someone else. Very disappointing especially after I drove an hour and a half to look at this boat.
