Bus 263 rode passed my son this morning, unacceptable especially when he was the o boy child standing there..Been out there since 7:15, tried to report it just for the operator on the other end try to defend and call me a lair…I say fire the whole transportation department and start fresh
These are the most unprofessional people EVER .
It is concerning that Bus 238 is consistently being substituted with Bus 241 every morning, resulting in late arrivals and inconvenience for parents who have to drop off their children. They don’t answer the phone and they are not helpful. These people drop my 11 year old far away from his bus stop!!! I’m so upset. This new app is not helping. Someone needs to fix this or hire someone else.
