My daughter was supposed to ride 280 but was told by her teacher who was informed by the bus barn she would be on 300. And at last minute the bus organizers at the school put her on bus 315 didn’t inform me through any of there MULTIPLE FORMS OF COMMUNICATION that my daughter is on a different and now completely WRONG BUS. and as I am calling to find out where she went they put me on hold for 45 min and when I yelled to know where my child was they just blew me off and told me to wait at the school. Bus 263 rode passed my son this morning, unacceptable especially when he was the o boy child standing there..Been out there since 7:15, tried to report it just for the operator on the other end try to defend and call me a lair…I say fire the whole transportation department and start fresh
