Working with Ralph has been an absolute pleasure. Amazing customer service! In the past few years of supply chain delays, he continued to manage expectations and surprised us with an unexpected early delivery. Since it was mid-winter, he offered to store the umbrellas until pool season. They arrived today, as requested. Ralph’s team sent the attached photo so that we could “see” them before we returned home from work.
