Portside has a top notch therapy department , they were so knowledgeable and compassionate with my mom as she had an unfortunate decline in her mobility , the rehab director and his team went above and beyond to assure my mom met realistic therapy goals . They also kept me in the loop , and came up with creative ways to keep my mom mentally focused to comply with therapy services.Thanks also to Portside’s nursing team on unit 2 /MDS nurse C.T for doing a wonderful job in such a stressful field , you are making a difference.
I was trying to get in contact with a dietary aid manager and the front desk lady was very rude and disrespectful yelling at me thru the phone and being very aggressive tworeds me this happened August 20 and 10am is this who yall hire to answer phone calls is this who yall are allowing to represent yalls company? Shameful.
I was my grandmother’s caregiver for 6 years until I could no longer care for her at home. I went to port side at the end of my wick… when I tell you that Ms. Sarita Mullen was so helpful from beginning till the end. Everyone else told me they had no beds and would call . She was the only one who did so. I’m forever grateful to her. The staff welcomed my grandmother with open arms . She now has a second family. Thank you Portside.
Portside Health & Rehab is a great place! They just renovated their courtyard and made it a fun time with their resident's and team members. I would recommend Portside to anyone looking for rehab in Portsmouth! Great management team and friendly staff!
We have patients on services in this building, they are one of the best in area. They do a great job ! Everyone from the Administrator, Director of Nursing, the nurses, CNAs and all staff are responsive and do a great job.
