I never received the pictures I ordered and I can’t even get a response from anyone when I’ve tried to contact them.
Absolutely awful will never order pictures through them again. Our dance studio used them in April and a majority of us hadn't gotten prints until the end of September and that was with constantly bugging them about it. Which they never returned emails or phone calls. These pictures are absolutely horrendous super grainy and blurry. On top of that they were not that great with the kids upon taking pictures. Horrible service. My daughter got pictures done for dance April 10th we never received the pictures until July 27th. When they came in the pictures were blurry and she looked washed out. I ordered a acrylic statue that I never received until Sept. 12th. I sent multiple emails about the statue and it took them almost 2 weeks to get back to me. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.
Simply awful. Where to even start. Very unprofessional, never received photos that have been paid for, impossible to get in contact with, they provide a phone number that is not in service, after weeks of sending emails about the photos we still haven't received we finally got a response that they would send them out. Horrible service! Two years in a row the photos have not been sent for months after they were done! This year we still haven’t gotten them! And the best part is that you can’t hardly get in touch with them! Never using this company again!! I’d I could I would give them -5 stars!
