My service in studio was fine however the wait time being 3-4 weeks for digital files is ridiculous given the price point of said files. My fault for not making myself aware of this information but if I could do it again I would not get my pictures taken here for that fact alone
The staff was super friendly and really set the vibe for my grad pictures +the pictures turned out great
Great service. Amazing photos! They take the time to make sure all your requests are accommodated.
They try to rip you off as much as they can. Better get your pictures done by independent photographers
I was genuinely shocked to receive my graduation photos the other day (not in a good way). I had my photos taken at the uOttawa location and the lady taking my photos was so happy and polite when taking my photos. Little did I know she had such a grin on her face because she was plotting my downfall. She never told me once that my posture was terrible.
