My grandmother paid for Denise to come and clean my home. Denis also owns a “caretaking” or “cleaning”business called Gentle Hearts Home Care. She is absolutely unprofessional and has a lack of regard for customer service. One of her women, Britney, was in our home for about an hour and a half then had to leave.
