EDIT: The advanced payment was not made as he assured to confirm the location on the day of shoot. How can we give a deposit if the location is not even confirmed? I didn’t even add he kept us hanging till last minute to confirm the location, kept switching his location recommendations and himself proposed a location requiring paid permit stating “ he normally shoots there without issues but won’t pay the fine if caught” His extremely defensive and totally unapologetic response has proved I was right in my initial review.
