I am a father of several kids who go to both the middle school and a couple of the outlying schools around Silverton. Portraitmasters made it simple to both order for all my kiddos, and edit a mistake on my order even as it approached the deadline! Portrait Masters is a wonderful local family business here in Silverton. In this day of everything being mass produced, I love supporting a local family business, and they’ve always put so much care into everything they do. Their photos are beautiful and thoughtful, but what really stands out is how comfortable and genuine they make the experience feel. It’s the kind of small-town business you just feel good supporting — talented people who truly care about their community and their work.
Great business to work with! Small family-owned businesses, operated by humans, naturally make mistakes, which is normal. With a little compassion and patience, Portrait Masters will accomplish the task. Glad we have a photo place in a small town so we don’t have to go to Salem to get pictures.
Robin at portrait masters gave such a wonderful experience. My daughter is in kindergarten this year and she is a level 3 non verbal autistic kiddo who does not sit still for long and getting photos of her can be difficult… they not only got her photo once, but twice! I was even able to get immediate assistance via email and every question I’ve had answered in an impeccable amount of time With professionalism and compassion. I could not recommend them more!! Pricing was totally reasonable as well. Love love love!
