My children always get top quality photos from here , I'm always excited to get the photos each year . On top of that the customer service is great ! They are very kind , patient and helpful 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I ordered my sons school pictures package . I didn't get the eight by tens or the 5 x 7 that I had ordered. They said that they would be in by December, and they never came. I called a couple times, and called my son's school, and still nothing. Edit: After speaking with them they reprinted to Complete the package I had ordered. I had to revisit emailing through the school to finally get in touch with somebody and had to be a little firm to get what I ordered. I ordered my sons school pictures package . I didn't get the eight by tens or the 5 x 7 that I had ordered. They said that they would be in by December, and they never came. It Was expensive to have them done and I would expect some sort of professionalism. When I called the school they told me that I was not the only one who had issues. I haven't heard back from them but I will if they call me back. But as for now I suggest you take your photo needs somewhere else

It's a lot more spendy compared to the photographers our school usually uses, which is disappointing. And I feel like the packages were small compared to the price. However, when my photos arrived in the mail today and I appreciated that they put it in a plastic pouch to help protect it from the weather. And the photos are beautiful.
