Amateur photographers and they don't know how to work with children. Customer service representatives could be friendlier. Would not recommend. Had a Groupon, I guess you get what you pay for. I would never pay for full price for the photos from this organization.
We booked for a family portrait got a photographer who didnt like kids and rushed us through. Amateur photos and then we didnt recieve what we paid for.
Despite a last minute change of location due to a Chicago event, our experience was nothing less than amazing. We arrived early and the photographer was able to begin early. He had good suggestions and listened to what out large group of 13 were looking for as well. He was very professional! In less than a week we had our images ready to view on-line. Bad customer service, fortunately I shopped through groupon and they refunded my purchase. I recommend someone who puts the customer first, that way you can trust them to do their best in your photo shoot.

When I finally got a chance to review the proofs they came out well. I stuck with the groupon package, and no other items were ordered. I have a couple of issues. First pleease beware that this package includes 4x5 and not 4x6 which you will find a frame for. I went everywhere looking for a 4x5 frame. Also unfortunately the eview cd produced nothing. So I am left with this matter on my plate. They almost made it with me..............
RIPOFF ALERT! This place is horrible! I ordered the $29 for Holiday Photo Shoot with One 8 x10 , Two 5 x7 , and Eight Wallet-Size Prints ($149 Value) and when I called to make the appt. I was told it will be an additional $25 for the pic with Santa!! The sample picture that is SHOWN in the Groupon holiday photo! To top that off they wanted the $25 BEFORE they could schedule the appointment! SERIOUSLY Misleading, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT SCAM!
