I had the most horrible experience last night at the location located in Southaven MS. It was my mom, sister daughter and fiance' as well as myself. We arrived for our appt on time which was at 5:40pm,we didnt began taking pictures until an hour and 15 mins later. After we took the pictures which were taken by THE MANAGER BROOKE, we sat down and began to choose the pictures that we liked and didnt like. I showed up at the Monroeville, PA location yesterday for my daughter's appointment for 7th Birthday pictures. I was also supposed to pick up the mug from Christmas pictures that I already paid for. Apparently you closed all of your locations overnight without notifying anyone. I would like the portrait mug which I paid for or I will be contacting the attorney general and the better business bureau. Please give me a way to contact someone who can mail me my mug. I have to say as an employee and as a customer for this company, I understand both sides of the coin with the recent closing of all stores nationwide. The frustration of the customers with all of us has been a long battle to please and serve while knowing the value of portraits was decreasing. We tried. It is hard to survive on $300 package deals when all people wanted was 9.99's. The upselling, the protocols, the process was exhausting for customers and also for the employees.
