I don't understand why I bought a house in August 2023, the previous owner had a notarized tax payment in full. I sent them the tax notarization but they didn't see it and didn't know. They continued to send the tax arrears papers for 2011, 2012... a total of 12 years of tax arrears to confiscate my property. I think everyone should pay their own debt.
