Rude and unhelpful
I had nothing but good experiences with them up until today. I got some woman who just immediately wanted to argue and fight. Maybe she wasn’t used to people being nice to her in her line of work? But to call me condescending and hang up on me was disgusting. Working in customer service sucks, I know that but not everyone is out to get you. Waste of time! They won’t even help you to make it easier, even if you wanted to pay a debt off in full! They don’t really care about any Issues you may have! I tried to see if I can pay a debt over three months and they said no that the only thing they could do is one month or they will slap more penalties on it! I have to agree with some of the other people that are commenting that they are extremely heartless!
