Terrible firm that uses unfair debt practices. More people should file lawsuits against this firm so others won’t be affected.
Zero stars. Completely corrupt. Added attorney fees on top of what I already owed for no reason. Was sent a letter to satisfy a payment of a sum so no further action would be taken. They have exhausted all of their further actions and just won't stop! I was given 30 days to pay the sum. I paid the sum within the 30 days and STILL they added an additional large sum for saying I did not communicate with them. My communication was paying the bill within the 30 days. It did not matter. I don't understand why I bought a house in August 2023, the previous owner had a notarized tax payment in full. I sent them the tax notarization but they didn't see it and didn't know. They continued to send the tax arrears papers for 2011, 2012... a total of 12 years of tax arrears to confiscate my property. I think everyone should pay their own debt.
