I sent them a check over a month ago and they haven't cashed it. I have left several voicemails and they haven't returned a call yet. They never answer their phone. I don't know this company even exists or how this is legal.

A truly predatory debt collector. They care nothing about people. They just want to charge arbitrarily high fees to make money off of everyday people. Disgusting.
I made a dispute with them because my mailman NEVER delivered the notice of payment required. They added an additional $400 to my fee because I did not respond to their notice. I explained I would gladly pay what was owed, I just didn’t receive the notice via mail. (which required a signature and was NEVER signed for by me). They explained I had to dispute it, which I did and provided proof (my dispute with the post office and a google document of my whereabouts stating I left my home 9 a.m and was working out of state until... read more
