I don't understand why I bought a house in August 2023, the previous owner had a notarized tax payment in full. I sent them the tax notarization but they didn't see it and didn't know. They continued to send the tax arrears papers for 2011, 2012... a total of 12 years of tax arrears to confiscate my property. I think everyone should pay their own debt. If you think debt collectors should have 5 stars, you’re the problem.
The gentleman who assisted us was very professional and knowledgeable. I personally believe that people are more prone to leave negative reviews when someone does a them a disservice. In all fairness we should leave positive reviews when someone provides quality service and is polite as well. Thanks Joe C! Keep up the great work!
Very rude and unhelpful on the phone, hopefully they are better in person.
Something needs to be done. They steel money from residence. After you prove them wrong they make up new fees to find new ways to claim you owe them money.
