I visited Portmans Wetherill Park yesterday (22/01/2026) and had a very disappointing experience. The lady who served me was quite rude and not gentle in the way she spoke or handled the situation. I felt uncomfortable and dismissed as a customer. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable and I was paying with my own money, not asking for anything for free or for her to donate items to me.
