I visited the store on 7/6/24 about 12 pm to return few items. The store only had one staff working on a busy Friday before the public holidays and the lady working there saying that she was the regional manager was so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional to me as a customer. She didn’t know how to do the refund properly because she said she was away for 3 months and kept the other customers waiting for this and was blaiming me for this and raised her voice on me a couple of times. I went to Watergardens to buy a dress I saw online, they didn’t have it in store but organised to be put away at Highpoint and honered the online sale price. They were amazing lovley ladies and went out of their way to help me. Highpoint we’re also really lovley when I picked it up. So Thabks ladies love the dress 👗
The store manager Michelle needs to check her attitude when she's in a customer facing position. She just walks away from you and is rude when you ask her a simple question. Cant do your job properly then find something else to do.
