Every single time I go into the store I do not get greeted, asked how I’m doing or checked in on. I am 21 and obviously look young, but I have the money for portmans outfits for my job and I want to spend it. I came in today and not once was I even spoken to… the lady actually preceded to walk PAST ME to an older lady and ask her how she was doing. Stop profiling I would of spend $300+ there today but I was so turned off by this I left
Betty at Portmans WG was so kind, helpful, and positive. She turned a difficult day into a really lovely shopping experience. Even though I didn’t make a purchase, I went back just to thank her. She’s a real asset to the store! Thank you, Betty ❤️
I visited the store on 7/6/24 about 12 pm to return few items. The store only had one staff working on a busy Friday before the public holidays and the lady working there saying that she was the regional manager was so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional to me as a customer. She didn’t know how to do the refund properly because she said she was away for 3 months and kept the other customers waiting for this and was blaiming me for this and raised her voice on me a couple of times. I went to Watergardens to buy a dress I saw online, they didn’t have it in store but organised to be put away at Highpoint and honered the online sale price. They were amazing lovley ladies and went out of their way to help me. Highpoint we’re also really lovley when I picked it up. So Thabks ladies love the dress 👗
