Terrible service. The product I wanted was sold out. I asked if the Wagga store could acquire one from another store and they refused
Very disappointing experience. Rude and unhelpful staff refused service after I tried to find out more information from a product online. The staff member made no efforts to engage with me or offer some advice and said there was nothing for me to try on. I won’t be returning
Poor customer service
No customer service at all. Mum and I were shopping for a funeral. Two team members on and literally wouldn't help anyone.
