ok store but please change those coat hangers. almost impossible to move through the clothes on the racks especially the sale items as it always gets stuck due to those cheap plastic hangers.. Makes me not want to go. Also can you please stock more a-line summer skirts. impossible to find.

My wife and I have visited various branches of Portman and have generally had excellent experiences. However, this particular branch has the worst customer service we've encountered. The staff were rude and unprofessional. When we raised a simple inquiry, their response was dismissive, essentially like, "If you want to buy, buy. Otherwise, leave."
