I didnt get the names of two ladies who served me On Friday around 230-300pm but those 2 ladies are honestly amazing, and so helpful. It had nothing to do with the fact i was in distress looking for a last minute outfit but these ladies went above and beyond to help me and the service was seriously 10/10! Very impressed and will defintely be back! Thank you. I wish i got your names, use ladies deserve a raise or a bloody good christmas bonus !
Very disappointed when visiting this shop recently, the clothes are beautiful and very high quality but the staff are not. Went in to try on a dress and was struggling to reach behind to zip the dress up, when asking a staff member to help as I was struggling she had made comments about my weight, saying I was too fat to fit in it and that I was going to break the dress.
