I had an amazing experience in store today with the girls, after firstly stopping in at forever new where i was met without a single greeting or acknowledgement, let alone any helpful staff. I was served by Lijana, who was very helpful, kind, attentive and patient with me in my indecisiveness. I walked into the shop ready to buy a dress for an upcoming event. I wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed assistance even though one of the sale consultants was free. I walked out and then came back 15 min later and had the same experience again. It’s disappointing from a customer service perspective as I was ready to buy from there
