I went to Portmans i always get stressed dress shopping, and I have had the best customer service from Cathy she was so helpful lovely and went above and beyond for me and every other customer in store & on a Saturday morning the most busiest time and she was so professional. She is and asset to your company.
Very rude, and customer service over the phone is extremely poor. And this is why people prefer to shop online.
Went into store today to purchase some work attire to only get home just now to see security tags still attached. Huge inconvenience.
Didnt appreciate being followed by a particular worker. Female of brownish hair, looks early 40s. Just because I grabbed a blazer from the rack in the entrance and stepped to the side to have a proper look at it with my daughter doesnt give her the right to hang around right behind me pretending to adjust the skirts and then follow me to the counter.
