Yesterday the 31st i visited Portsman to do an exchange, The girl who was at the counter had no clue how to do an exchange, she took 20 mins to figure out Wasted my time when i stated 2 times that i have to rush! Also upon going to counter, she had no smile or said anything welcoming which is rude tbh especially when i’ve worked in customer service for so many years in retail. The customer service is worse than at a one-dollar shop, especially from the Asian girl in the red shirt on Boxing Day, who was giving customers attitude. We go there to buy your products, not to ask for freebies, so don’t give us attitude.
