I’ve been meaning to write a review about the fantastic service I received on the morning of 12 February at Portmans Roselands. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the staff member’s name, but I came in with my two daughters and she was incredibly helpful. She assisted me so I could quickly try on a few pieces, which made the whole experience much easier. Rosie was brilliant. I needed black work pants and I'm in between sizes and have a small waist with big hips so it's hard but Rosie found the perfect options and they fit like a glove saving me so much time I would have spent agonizing over what pair was right. She's a gem. I'll be back
First time stepping into a Portmans store and I had the most welcoming experience thanks to Rosie. I told her about the occasion I was shopping for, and she helped me find the perfect outfit. She truly went above and beyond with her care, patience, and attention to detail. Customer service is important, but Rosie took it to another level. An absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you.
I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and Roselands is by far my favorite because all their customer service staff are really friendly and happy to help you select clothing for yourself or as a gift, they don’t rush you to decide and will always find your sizes either online or at other stores. Portmans has affordable clothing with excellent quality and fashionable, great return policy and gift receipts.
Disgusting staff and they don’t care about their customers at all.
