I had an amazing experience at Portmans in Rocky yesterday! I looked EVERYWHERE for nice office outfits and finally came across Portmans. I was helped by Vicki and she was AMAZING, finding me sizes, matching colours and ordering me in an item they didn't have. She was very attentive and worked so hard even when I was busy trying the clothes on she was non-stop! Thanks so much Vicki I love my new outfits! 😃

I had items kept aside and was guaranteed on the Monday for them to be held until I could get in Thursday after work as they wouldn't accept payment over the phone. I recieved a call Tuesday from Vicky explaining that the matching jacket to one of my suits had been sold because there was a customer wanting it now. Then claimed they could only hold items for 24 hours which wasn't explained to me prior by 2 others in the store and she was quite rude to boot.
