Mel was truly wonderful and so accommodating. Just a couple of weeks ago, I bought a suit from the store that had a slight fit issue. Mel kindly took the time to examine it, explained why the fit wasn’t quite right, and shared some helpful fabric care tips. Website states they’re open until 5:30pm when they aren’t. I wanted to return an oversized item and as they don’t do paid shipping returns, raced to the store after work. Arrived at 5:15pm to find the shop closed up. If you close at 5pm, state your opening hours clearly so people don’t waste their time racing to the only open closest store.
