This Afternoon Wednesday 30th July l went to but a pink top which was on sale soon as I came into the shop l was greeted by 2 lovely ladies l just want to say thank you for your amazing service.
So unfriendly , in the middle of putong through my payment she leaves and goes to other customers and keeps me waiting for 10 minutes at the till, happened 12:30 24/7/25 . No respect horrible staff
I would give a zero if I could.... Unbelievable experience Bought an online gift voucher for my mum that can be also used in store... My mum goes into store 23.5 hours later and was told it has to be 24 hours before it can be used ! Liers and very rude customer service.. That isnt the case not stated anywhere online... Can completely attest that this is the worse store Portmans has due to their horrible staff- extremely rude and disrespectful, will never be returning. This happened Monday 3/7 during the afternoon
