Today, my partner and I had a disappointing experience at Portmans involving a staff member named Sam (short Indian woman with glasses). I can see lots of poor reviews here for this woman. Portman's you should look at this seriously. After my partner returned to the store to look for another item, Sam approached her and said there were “too many clothes left in the changing room,” despite the fact that my partner had not done this. I had a wonderful experience at Portmans today. A knowledgeable and courteous team member assisted me with a quick and seamless purchase. Her exceptional customer service and genuine client empathy were truly appreciated. Keep up the excellent work!
Very rude older lady with glasses (manager?). Shocking customer service. Needs to cheer up and treat customers better. Wouldn’t return. Other younger ladies are lovely!
