Bought a top, assistant left the tags on and had to go back in, fault in the back stitching, just overall frustrating.
I am a customer who always buy the tops from Portman , but this is the third times that I met with the oldest lady who wear the glasses and has bad attitude . She always look me in the bad way .she should check the camera first before accuse someone.I swear i will not to shop with ur store forever .
manager is very rude and intimidating. rude to other stores on the phone, customers and other staff
Oh my, the customer service was very chilly. I felt totally intimidated. Not a pleasant experience at all. Plus side was was very clear with instructions etc as I went in for an exchange. But I did not feel comfortable at the store.
