Grace is an absolute asset to the business! I often find it is hard to get someone that is actually interested in helping you and connecting with you in the retail space these days but Grace was lovely and helpful. Thanks for a great experience!
Went in with my mum to look for a formal outfit. We were the only ones in the store. There was an older women and a younger women who worked there, standing at the counter discussing what the younger one was going to eat later. No hello, nothing. We grabbed a dress and my mum went in & tried it on. While I was waiting for her they walked around me a few times and still did not acknowledge me.
