Their sizing is awful. I'm slim and in health weight range yet the smallest size 6 - is way to big. I obviously can't shop here.
Had a really great experience at the store today. I spent more than an hour trying to pick an outfit for an occasion and Katie helped me throughout the process. It was like having my own personal fashion guru! She deserves all the praise for going above and beyond to help a customer. Amazing staff ready to help you look your best. Would rate 10/10
Such terrible service in this store. The other day I went in, walked around the store for quite a while and ended up taking about 6 items in the change room. The store was empty other than myself but two staff on. I was not greeted or asked if I needed anything. No help with sizing in the change room. My first interaction with a staff member was when I went to the counter to pay for the items I chose. Unfortunately this isn't the first time for this store and is the usual level of customer care.
Customer service was appalling today I won't be shopping back at marion store.
