The staff at the store were very professional in handling my refund related issue. Rochelle was patient, attentive and proactive in following up to ensure my concern was resolved. Roza at the counter was also extremely helpful, providing friendly assistance throughout. I really appreciated the service and would love to go back to the store!

The South Asian girl (sorry I didn’t get her name) and Olga were very friendly and helpful they helped me as I struggled to figure out which size dress I needed, and put another size on hold for me at a different location that had more stock ☺️
Staff member Roza is so very rude. Had the same experience with her on 2 separate occasions. This used to be such an inviting store. Thanks to Roza, this store has lost the business my whole (large) family.
