The South Asian girl (sorry I didn’t get her name) and Olga were very friendly and helpful they helped me as I struggled to figure out which size dress I needed, and put another size on hold for me at a different location that had more stock ☺️
Staff member Roza is so very rude. Had the same experience with her on 2 separate occasions. This used to be such an inviting store. Thanks to Roza, this store has lost the business my whole (large) family.

I asked Miranda for help over the phone, and she was an absolute sweetheart—patient, dedicated, and genuinely eager to assist, searching all around the store for the clothes I was looking for. another kind lady was also helping in the background (another staff). It wasn’t just about the clothes, but their professionalism and care that truly stood out.
The store was so busy due to the sale; however Nora and Richelle were just amazing giving such fabulous customer service. I was amazed at their patience with customers who were quite demanding. The style and value for money that Portmans offers is truly outstanding. Thank you for hiring great staff too, which makes it so easy to return to this store as you are guaranteed excellence.
